All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds are only issued for approved claims involving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@foreverthurl.com with:

clear photos of the issue (and packaging if applicable)

a brief description of the problem
If approved, we will provide a replacement (if available). If a replacement is not available, you may choose a refund or placement into our next production run for a remake.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is marked delivered by the carrier, Forever Thurl is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was misdelivered, contact the carrier first, then email us at support@foreverthurl.com so we can assist with supporting information.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact support@foreverthurl.com immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
